DQ1 48BPM is a proven, top professional diamond wire developed specifically with the off-shore and nuclear decommissioning sector in mind, for use in in carbon steel cutting applications. In addition to the increased number of beads (48BPM), the special vacuum brazed bead manufacturing process is the latest technology available. The rubber covered structure of the wire is specially designed to give the highest durability available in critical applications, and a dedicated compound can be specified for even greater performance where dry cutting is required. The DQ1 48BPM wire is available in endless loop format for extra strength in extreme circumstances.
