Diaquip have a proven track record in delivering exceptional standards of service.  To achieve this we have built a dedicated team of Technical Service Personnel that all have engineering backgrounds relating to the concrete drilling, cutting, sawing and machinery sectors.

We have a real technical experience and strength in depth in being able to service, repair, test, advise and consult on all aspects of the products that we manufacture, before, during and after sale.  We have thousands of customers in 34 Countries across the World, making Diaquip the largest manufacturer of Diamond Concrete Cutting, Drilling and Sawing products in the UK and once of fastest growing globally.

As well as Diaquip products, Our Technical Service team also service, hire, repair and advise on other leading concrete drilling, cutting and sawing products such as Hilti, Weka, Shibuya, Cembre, Hycon to name a few.

Research & Development

Naturally, as an innovative leader in the Diamond Drilling, Cutting and Sawing Market, Diaquip lead by example with our R&D facilities in the UK.  We spend hundreds of man hours in planning, testing, improving, testing, developing, testing, comparing (did we mention testing) – all of the current products and future innovations against other products on the market to prove our claims of making the very best in terms of More Speed, More Life and Less Cost.  We also pride ourselves in conducting regular strength and break tests on all our products to ensure that we maintain quality, longevity and reliability at all times.
